Architectural Set of Plans

Service Description

We provide preliminary structural design services to assist with project budgets and design concepts. We work with building owners, architects, and contractors to provide efficient designs that allow the permitting process to commence quickly. Plans Design Services start with a Floor Plan Consultation + up to 4 hours of meeting time to finalize the design. The Architectural Set then proceeds to the Structural Engineering phase. The final product is a Permitted Set used to begin construction. Architectural set includes: Site Plan (produced using client provided survey), Floor Plan, Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan and recommended Lighting Plan. Summary of project and Architectural Set of Plans emailed within 2-4 weeks depending on complexity of scope.
